Our bunched carrots are either of the Nantes (early season) or chantenay type main season. Either variety will give you a nice, classic orange carrot flavor and crunch. Carrots will be naturally sweeter very early and late in the season during freezing weather.
Originally from the South of France where they are traditionally eaten fresh. One of the best radishes for eating raw or in salads. Similar in spiciness to to common pink/red round radishes. Sold by the bunch but may be bagged early and late in the season when smaller tops make bunching difficult.
Mild flavor with a crunchy bite. Similar to french breakfast radishes. Great for eating raw or in salads. Combine with pink radishes for a colorful salad or veggie tray!
Classic turnip variety. May or may not include the tops depending on growing conditions.
