Pea greens, sometimes called pea shoots or pea tendrils, can be added to any salad, sandwich, or eaten on their own. Please note these are greens only, not pea pods! Used in many Asian cuisines. These greens are crunchy, juicy and have a nice pea flavor. For reference only, one 2-quart bag is roughly equivalent to 1/4#.
Originally from the South of France where they are traditionally eaten fresh. One of the best radishes for eating raw or in salads. Similar in spiciness to to common pink/red round radishes. Sold by the bunch but may be bagged early and late in the season when smaller tops make bunching difficult.
